Gated Hearts Home Care will see to it that you take your medications on time. If your prescription requires that your medications should be taken with meals, your caregiver will also prepare the food at the specified schedule.

• Running Errands and Pick-Up Prescription from the Pharmacy
• Coordinating with the Pharmacist/Physician

Note: Our caregivers are not authorized to administer medications or conduct injections. They are only tasked to remind the client of their medication intake schedule.
